This is a bit of an overstatement but imagine a high school scrimmage where the junior varsity is scrimmaging the varsity. The varsity is marching up and down the field and someone comments that the JV has tacking issues. Hmmm.....
They certainly had tackling issues. It's not as bad as it used to be; some open field tackles are made now. But I see several tackles I think should be made that just aren't.
