Edessa Noyan 6’3” F commits. Played two years at UVA. Seems to shoot well for a big with a 33% from 3 pt range stat and 81% at the FT lane average over the last two years.
No big bigs like a 6’7” Cardosa, Betts, or Prince, but now we have Zania, Edessa, Faith, and Sydney at 6’3” or better.
We needed to be bigger, faster, and more athletic than we were. We are bigger and we will have to wait and see about faster and athletic.

I think we have ten scholarship players now.
Wish I could sit in on the coaches talking about strategy, player groupings, who might make an ability jump, etc.

This girl was a starter on a .500 team, but not an especially productive one; however, looks she may have been sick in November & December. She was a pretty good rebounder as a freshman in 1/2 the time she played this year. She played on the Swedish Jr National Team and was quite a scorer there (19 pts/game). Hasn't been as big a scorer at VA, but there may be some upside there.

Great. We need upside. On paper I think we have a stronger roster than last year. Hopefully an injury free hardworking summer and then the coaching staff puts the combos together.

I saw on another site that Lexi B. was contemplating a return to IU. Don't know if that is a legit rumor. If she came back the guard situation would be quite crowded.

I wish I knew why she left. She is fast, had the highest vertical on the team, and Moren sited her great defense several times.
I think Lilly saw that playing time would drop as did Jules. Not sure about Henna. But Lex leaving made me worry about the possibility of team locker room issues.
Would love her back. She won’t score more than 4-5 per game but speed and defense always helps.
