I’m hoping IU crowds the line of scrimmage and makes Riley Leonard throw a bunch to beat them. Their WRs aren’t prolific by any means
just have Walker shadow himThe write ups I have seen say he is a great runner.
Both QB run plays and scrambles. He was their second leading runner on the season.

My hope is we can throw a stout defense at them that they haven’t seen all year and throw them out of rhythm. We’ve been great against the run and I don’t expect that to change in this game.I posted something like this on another thread. We need to force Them to throw when They don't want to. Get Them into 2nd and 8, 3rd and 6, and make them uncomfortable. Keep Riley in the pocket and make it difficult for Him to step up and pass comfortably or find running room. That means maintaining rush lanes and maybe having Walker spy Riley. I don't think their receivers can beat our DB's consistently one on one, So We should be able to blitz or use other packages on passing downs.
Bend don’t break and force them to go on 4th downs. They have a subpar kicker. This is the game we can stop them on downs. We aren’t going to stop all 3 backs. If IU gets a lead on them it makes the game way different for them.Yeah. IMO, containing Riley is the single biggest key to the game. I think D will keep Love from any long gains -bend but not break. BUT can we disrupt and hurry Riley with an aggressive rush? I don't think so. He'll have ok time. But bigger is his scramble. If Riley extends 4 or more drives via 3rd down scrambles, we've got big problems.
