Gosh.....that facility is horrible!
Heard nothing but praise and comments from coaches and recruits alike....but I’ll go ahead and trust the armchair architects here who sporadically go to IU sporting events.

Thanks for the photos for those of us who are able to visit are subpar facilities on our own. I wonder if the football team shares the water puddles with other sports and how that is going to affect recruiting.
Have you actually visited the new IU facility?

I think you are being kind. It seemed he was fixated on the rain water. Thanks for your photo tour. I am looking forward to seeing the completed South End Zone project.

In all fairness, it has open areas. It’s going to get wet spots on some of the entrances and concourses, just like any stadium in the U.S. that is outdoors and there were torrential rains in the area. It’s part of a stadium and has open air entrances.

You are right that project is terrible waste. We will probably never gett another kid to commit.
Well, I guess since you believe we have the best of the best facilitieswise, Tom Allen better produce, he has ALL the tools he needs to out recruit Brohm, Ferentz, Fitzgerald etc, no excuses.

Started a new thread trying to avoid this crap. Sigh...

Spectacular. I have been inside a number of times and the center is second to none once the final player areas are done.

Talk to Palmbeach, if he wants to keep provoking those with differing opinions (which is all they are, opinions) , then expect a response.
No I am just saying that all this negativity before the first game is played. The facilities are poor the coaches are poor IU refuses to pay for quality. They are not even trying to win. It just gets old hearing. One of the biggest ways to attract big time kids is pack the stadium with loud enthusiastic crowds. That makes a bigger impact on recruiting. I understand it is tough to show up week in and week out hoping this is the breakthrough we have been waiting for instead of selling your season tix to opponents. I attended games in Ben Hill Griffin stadium when the gators were bad and yet they still had big loud crowds and then they started winning. You go to the other school site in Indiana and they think they have the second coming of Nick Sanandaj or Dabo Swinney and that they are going to the playoffs

You have NEVER seen me say our coaches are poor or our facilities are poor. That is the frustrating part of this whole discussion, NO ONE has said what we have done (NEZ,SEZ) is poor or a bad thing. Yet you post on here that is what we are saying, stop. Again, what we are saying is years of neglect has put us behind, you want fans to fill a stadium when we haven’t won a bowl game for 27 years, good luck. Winning will cure most ills, what we are saying is give CTA every possible advantage, not speed bumps (Rabjohns term). We need to be ahead of the facilities curve, not just catching up, we need CTA to be able to say IU is 100% committed to winning football.
