The NAIA Player of the Year is on campus as we speak. Some info that was just given to me:
-Malone has current offers from the ACC, Pac 12, Atlantic 10, Big 12, Big East, Big 10, Horizon, and Mt. West conferences.
-At this present moment, Indiana has offered the most money, but Colorado has offered the best incentives package. He's looking for fit, role, and impact even more than the money offers.
-Before the Ballo commitment, Malone was heavily leaning Indiana. He's still very interested and believes he would have a big role. But most of his offers elsewhere are to start
-Notre Dame is one to watch because it's basically in his back yard.
If Malone does commit to Indiana, we will have an exclusive feature with him shortly after.
I do think he would be a solid backup at the 4/5 spots, but we'll see what happens!
