Good stuff - thanks! how did they finish on turnovers? I think we finished in the + side but I’m sure how many. I think this will be a big factor as well.

Very nice...thanks for that.

If the IU defense plays just a little above average, IU wins. This defense has the tools and skills to play above average football.

This matchup versus Tennessee is a very good matchup, particularly on paper. Indiana has an excellent chance of getting that rare 9th win. Let's make these types of seasons the norm!!

A couple more:

IU lost 6 fumbles
TN lost 7

We picked off 5 passes
They got 14

We recovered 10 fumbles
They got 4

We gave up 23 sacks
They gave up 20

We converted 79 out of 164 3rd Downs
They converted 70 out of 161

We converted 7 of 16 4th Downs
They got 2 of 11

Red zone
They had 42 chances - got 21 TDS and 12 FGs
We had 59 chances - got 38 TDS and 12 FGs

PS - the Big Ten site and our team sites do a MUCH better job of providing stats.

Out of all the stats, our run game worries me, but I like that red zone.

Key stat - their pass defense versus our pass game, and their ability to stop our run so they can key on pass.

Both teams are fighting recent history and getting better and want it bad and need it.

Good match up.

I like our chances.

Indiana is 6-0 this season in games where we rushed for more than 140 yds. Tenn. has the 55th ranked run defense in the nation, giving up 145.8 rushing yds. per game. It's likely the Gator Bowl will be decided up front. & that means the Hoosiers finding a way to hold down Tenn. rushing game.
