this is something that has bugged me for awhile, but seeing all the grown, out of shape men stuffing themselves into Lebron James jerseys at the Cavs' victory parade brought it to the forefront. I think it's cool for kids to wear jerseys if they want, but grown men - who are often times older than they guys whose jerseys they're wearing - just look weird. Sometimes they even look creepy.

I'd love to get ruling on this from the AOTF.

for babies/kids it's cute, but not for anyone over the age of 20

Basketball jerseys are a horrible look. Baseball and soccer jerseys are fine, though im not really a jersey guy, especially not with current player's names on the back. I do have a couple plain Cubs jerseys and an Ernie Banks shirsey.

I've got no issues with hockey, football, or baseball jeseys, but for some reason can't stand seeing grown men wearing basketball jerseys. Maybe it's because they're all fat? I couldn't really tell you, but that seems the most logical conclusion because with the other 3 jerseys, it's easier to hide it

I have an Andrew Luck jersey I wear during our fantasy draft since he is one of my keepers. And I wear it during the games as I'm talking shit to my friends. Never worn it in public

No adult should ever wear a basketball jersey. Football jerseys generally look pretty stupid as well. Hockey, soccer and baseball I don't take issue with.

Why are you paying attention to what other men wear? Did you catch the ghey? NTTATWWTOC

That stated, I have a Manning Jersey that I use to wear to Colt games. I don't wear jerseys in public like some do, but who really cares. If someone wants to stuff themselves into a jersey, so be it.....I didn't pay for it.

I think it is okay to put on a jersey to watch a game at home or if you are going to the game. Basketball jerseys look silly on anyone but a basketball player. I did wear a Cardinals' Mike Shannon jersey (promotion from a May 7 game) unbuttoned over a t-shirt to a minor league baseball game on a chilly night. I felt it was okay since it was baseball related and not a recent player.

I have an issue with someone wearing an IU jersey to a Colts game or vice versa. If you are going to wear a jersey, it should be for the teams that are playing. Also, the only place for someone to wear candy striped pants is to an IU basketball game unless you are 4 years old..

I don't wear jerseys but I really don't care either way. If you want to wear a jersey ....wear a jersey. Don't understand all the vitriol on the subject.
