It just warmups, but Holmes was moving pretty good. That doesn't answer anything on her lateral movement. The winner moves on to face Iowa in the 2nd game tomorrow afternoon.

CMM got the first points on the game to make it 2-0. IU started the game 1 for 7 from the field with Michigan up 4-2. IU can't find the range on 3s and were 0 for 3 in the early going.
It was 4-4 with just over five minutes left in the period. Both teams were struggling from the floor and it was Michigan up 6-4 at an official's timeout with 2:47 left in the period.
Scalia connected on a 3 to make it 9-7 IU. Scalia connected on another 3 to make it 12-9 IU at the end of the period.

IU steadily started pulling away from Michigan and after 3s by Parrish and CMM they had a lead of 24-15 with under five minutes left in the period. IU grabbed their biggest lead of the half at 30-19 and a Michigan timeout with 2:07 left in the half.
A 3 by Scalia made it 33-19 with under one minute in the half.
Halftime: IU 35 Michigan 21
Holmes was a spectator for the entire first half. In a halftime interview, Coach Moren indicated they may not play Holmes in the game as long as things continue to go well for IU. IU outscored Michigan, 23-12, in the 2nd period.

Virtually all of Michigan's scoring right now is being done by one player in Laila Phelia and she has 16 points on the game right now. Parrish was back on the floor. A three ball by Parrish pushed the lead back up to 10 points at 43-33.
Multiple turnovers by IU allowed Michigan to close with three points at 43-40.

A rash of turnovers near the end of the 3rd with Michigan scoring on just about every one of the turnovers allowed Michigan to cut what was a 17-point lead at the start of the 3rd to just a three-point lead at the end of the 3rd. IU was outscored 19-8 in the period.

Michigan tool the lead to start the 4th and they had a 47-45 lead on IU at the 7:45 mark and still no Holmes. CMM gave IU the lead again on an old fashion three-point play with IU up 48-47.
A three ball by Michigan gave them the lead at 50-48, and another basket off an IU turnover made it 52-48 Michigan. IU had 4 turnovers at the half and they now have 11 turnovers.
Holmes entered the game at the a 6:28 timeout. It was Michigan up 53-50 at a 4:54 timeout. The bulk of Michigan's scoring in the 2nd half have been drives to the basket.
With 2 seconds left on the shot clock coming out of the timeout, Michigan hits a three to take at 56-50 lead and then scored four more points to make it 60-50 Michigan.
A three by Parrish made it 60-53 Michigan and an IU timeout with just over three minutes left. Michigan who couldn't buy a three in the first half and they knock down another 3 to give them a 10-point lead. A flurry of points by Michigan put this game out of reach at 69-53.

Michigan comeback started with drives to the basket primarily by Phelia and then Michigan which couldn't buy a three earlier, starting hitting them in the 4th with IU turning the ball over often and that was the story of the game.
With the loss, IU probably won't host in the NCAAs since they were ranked by the selection committee as the No. 14 overall seed out of the 16 teams to host before the loss.
