Despite my disgust for Vindmann, it's obvious he knows the territory. i was monitoring his twitter last night and he adds some good perspective.
I actually watched CNN last night - as good a coverage as I've seen, as much as it pains me to say.
Their international staff is pretty extensive.
I think it shows just how inept the Russian military is. I don't think anyone had any idea how dysfunctional they were before Ukraine.

Also there might be generals sitting on the sidelines waiting to back the winner. If Putin sacks the high command, everyone gets a promotion. If the high command starts to stop Wagner, they can join in exhibiting their loyalty and bravery.
I don't claim to know nothing, but if Wagner is moving en mass toward Moscow why haven't the Ruskies simply carpet bombed and strafed the shit out of them.?
American media overall is poor on international coverage, I go to BBC for that. But it is the one area CNN is best for in America. Their domestic coverage sucks as much as Fox, but they do have people around the world.

I didn't see that on reddit, was it on there? I thought that came from CNN? either way, not critical at all, just reports. I was just now checking back in and they've created a new reddit for WagnervrsRussia. They are reporting 7 downed russian aircraft. I don't know the like kind of their aircraft to know which are rotor wing vrs fixed wing.

Good question. But to turn it around (although I know this is vodka induced leadership....in Russia), even if Vlad doesn't take out Wagner, will Wagner fight the ukes?
