((I LIKE this guy!!!)
Depth is the key to winning in the Big Ten. His approach to coaching the entire room from top to bottom and having everyone Ready to play will put us in a position to Win some games when things get tough and the starters get dinged up...

I can't wait to see how our RBs look this season with the talent and skills they have. I hope we see some moves creating missed tackles we haven't seen in a while. Here is video of Lucas at a football camp be ready to be amazed

...more optimistic about the return game this year too because of the makeup of a deep RB group with some speed, quicks, wiggle and moves...kick/punt returns should be schemed as offense...not just possession catches...

Here's our lead Dog:

I like him!!!

An aggressive attitude is always a great place to start... I want Backs that are looking to deliver the blow on contact rather than just always absorb it (although there is a time for that [as in take it, slide off, and keep going]...

I'm hoping to see a real Big Ten running game out there this Fall...

Shivers is my choice as to the straw that stirs the drink

Actually fielding punts would be a huge improvement over our usual strategy of watching the ball roll 20 yards.

I expect our QB, whoever it is, to be up and down. We'll need Shivers to be the real deal. Seems like he might be. Like the guy who is ready to be the #1 option and has a little chip on his shoulder about it.

Will be interesting how they use these new toys. Big outside go up and get it receiver. 2 quick dynamic space guys. A downhill shifty type erverydown back. Lots of trick play options with these guys.
I hope there is no reason to be needing trick plays this year.

Why? Michigan used them very successfully last year. We will need some I’m sure.
Bell has a collection of trick plays that he will use. He’ll use probably one per game just to keep them honest. A failed flea-flicker works just as well as a stuffed run up the middle.. Just his general offense is going to make Sheridan’s play calling look extra creamy vanilla.
In fact, fans will be confused this fall just from the alignments, misdirection and motion. They’ll think that this normal course of plays is more trick than anything in the last 5 years.
