Of course it did. Penn State is #209.....pretty much a no-win situation playing them. OSU is #159 so that won't benefit us, either. However, Louisville is #3 - strong showing there would help.

I think we dropped 10 after the Friday loss and then another spot each day we beat them. That's part of the RPI equation....beating bad teams doesn't really help you.

I'm not sure what impact a loss to UL will have....might cause our RPI to go up???

When all is said and done, we will have played 4 games against RPI top 10 teams. hence the high SOS rating we have

I didn't figure that series would help but I was surprised at the large drop. I agree, I would love to catch UL off guard in BTown tomorrow.
