RP quickly becoming my favorite player. Could be a major player the next few years.
He's likely a 4 year player and will be extremely important to our season going forward.
Also, I kno Romeo is going to get a lot of the credit. That was a good performance by him and he deserves a lot of the credit. I just wanted to point out the other half of the true freshman backcourt was huge as well.
RP continues to show flashes. This game was different than what we have been seeing. He shot 9 times, 5 of them threes. No assists is surprising. 3 turnovers. But he also grabbed 6 boards and had 2 steals. You have to think it's just a matter of time before it all comes together.
I was a little surprised he struggled at times with McMahon guarding him. Seems like he could have went by him at any time, bu the junior did a pretty good job staying in front.

You also have to keep in mind that he is a true freshman. He will keep getting better but what we have seen so far has been impressive nonetheless. He's going to be a big part of what this program is going forward and I can't wait!
Phinisee is fantastic. Can't ask much more from a freshman pg.
Most likely the best defender on the team as well. Moves laterally really quick without using his arms and hands.
