Because the building itself doesn't connect to the west and east stands, there are four presently vacant areas, 2 on each side. Does anyone know what, if anything, is going in those areas?

With respect to the addition, I think its very functional. I like the '3rd floor' or "roof' area, which is just a large open area for everyone, beneath the scoreboard. The question I have about that, however, is whether it will be too loud being just under the scoreboard. That was a problem with Purdue's old south EZ....it was definitely an ear full sitting in those seats. I'm hoping the scoreboard is elevated enough that it won't be an
issue, as the fans will enjoy it otherwise. I think the view is better there than from the 2nd floor seats due to the elevation

It appears as though there will be two fountain areas directly in front of the addition. It will be very interesting to see what is done there. that will be key to the overall look.

I'm not a fan of the appearance of the facade. I liked the north ez much better. However, the landscaping, when done, will be very nice.

I’ll say that I sat under the old SEZ board in Knothole Park and it wasn’t too bad sound wise. The cannon was what startled you.

And in the rest of the stadium you could barely hear the cannon most times. Seems far cry from whatever they shot off years ago or maybe it was just location
