Question about football camps

I saw where MSU had one this year, and our coaches attended camps in Florida and elsewhere. Were the # of camps restricted this year? If not, why didn't we have one? If they were restricted in some fashion, how was it decided who hosted one? It would seem to be a real recruiting advantage in this COVID year.

I heard on the radio, 1070 I think, that Monroe County was not permitting any camps this summer. For all sports, not just football.
