I have the same feeling for some reason even though I have never seen him play. He just seems like a guy who is going to grow and get better.

I'd like to see if Tuttle can live up to his past 4-star status as a back up first, as he could be the real deal too. But with injuries, you never know, and yes, this kid looks to have the classic QB characteristics of athletic, dual threat, and leadership.
