Don't feel like we had plucked from state of Alabama much prior, but I'll take it. Granted, not sure if he even got a sniff from Auburn or Alabama, but he's a big boy, bet he can play and I think IU is a great place for very good players to become great players, get playing time and have fun turning IU into a team that can beat the teams in the B10East!

Looks pretty quick on tape...

He was making plays inside where you'd expect "and" making big plays downfield, in pursuit, where you rarely see a DT routinely make a difference.

That's all extra effort on his part.

I like this guy already!!!

I love CJ as a recruit too with this play on the field. Coming to IU with the S&C staff we have will improve him even more. He has the ability and size that if he improves the way the other players are he could be a beast on the DL in the future.

Makes me wonder if this guy is related to Chuck "The Rifleman" Person. A unique last name from the same state does at least indicate it could be.
