One positive from the last two games that I haven't seen mentioned is the number of turnovers IU has had. Against MSU they had 8 and against Maryland they only had 6. I'm not sure exactly when the last time it has had two games in a row with single digit turnovers but it seems like it's been quite some time. Hopefully, they're realizing not only the importance of taking care of the ball but realizing how to do so. To me it shows they're more focused simply from reducing the number of unforced turnovers.

I realize that one of the turnovers against Maryland occurred late in the game and was very costly. IU also did a poor job of creating turnovers against them. But that doesn't take away that overall they did a good job of taking care of the ball, especially after the first two possessions of the game in which they had two of the six turnovers.
