6'1" Blackford Soph. Luke Brown is averaging 38.5 points, 6.9 Assists, 5.5 Rebounds, 2.9 steals per game. On 53% FG, 41% 3pt, 95% FT
Franklin seems decent. Pharisee is decent but a frosh.

Much more worried about the toughness of our current players mid season then looking to next year and beyond .

I hope that he walks on at IU. I don't see him getting a major offer, unless he grows to 6'4 and gains some athleticism. He is deadly when he's open.

He is one kid who might benefit from AAU because then he could gauge himself against better talent. My understanding is since he plays Class a he doesn't play against a lot of top talent.
Guyton was a pleasant surprise for IU, coming in with not a lot of fanfare (unlike you-know-who) and delivering big time for multiple years. Langford’s IU legacy may prove to be a bit of an enigma.
Anthony Leal? I guess I don't understand this situation. What is in the pipe line that prevents us from offering this player.? This is frustrating to me, I think back to all of the good shooting guards IU has had with probably similar talent. Ryan Cline with two 3's in a row, created other opportunities for easy looks for Purdue.
Painter has already had Brown in for a visit at PU. But Luke Brown said on a TV interview that he is an IU fan!

Yeah, the scholly #s make it tough, but I think we need to find a way to get this kid in candy stripes, or we'll be sorry. Hard to believe we are so tight on schollys with a roster that is so flawed. I don't envy Archie's hand... he better be smart (and lucky) with how he plays it.
Brown grew up in Brownsburg, IN close to Indy. He has played on good AAU teams.
It seems unlikely at this point that IU will offer Brown. I’ve also heard that it’s unlikely they will offer Blackmon either. I’m waiting for them to offer Leal too but I don’t think that’s going to happen either. I keep hearing that IU needs shooters but CAM isn’t offering any pure shooters to this point other than when he offered Cole Swider and Anderson.
If you need shooters you have to offer Blackmon. That kid can shoot.
I pastored around Lebanon for a couple of years. Been to Brownsburg a few times. I didn't know the kid grew up there. It would probably help if he can grow some more. I hope the best for him wherever he ends up.
Hunter is a solid shooter and scorer. Would've really helped. The kids on the team will continue to develop. Franklin can shoot. I'm more worried about a true 5, but TJD can handle that...
How do we know how they would respond in live action?
Everyone said the same thing about Fitzner. It’s pure conjecture.
Butler and Purdue might sign Brown, Blackmon, and Leal, and they will play IU and make 3s. While IU can't shoot a 3.
