He's insisting on representing himself. He still claims he's got Executive Privilege. And yet, Trump has never asserted it on his behalf. As if it would matter.
If a lawyer representing himself has a fool for a client, what does that make Navarro (he’s not a lawyer)? Wish I lived in DC so I could go watch in person.
He's appeared several times on MSNBC with Ari Melber, an actual lawyer, trying to make his case using all kinds of legal sounding words that make no sense whatsoever.
A shame they arrested a good man like him, when Hillary still runs free. DWS

That whole January 6 thing is Kabuki Theater. The Democrats even hired a creative fiction writer to write the final committee report. What a gem that will be and it will be released just in time for midterms. Then Pelosi’s candlelight ceremony on the anniversary, the cop lying in state at the Rotunda. So disappointing that the DOJ and FBI are part of Ma Pelosi’s theatrics.
