I have been a supporter of Wilson, but at some point you have to ask if he is the right guy to get us over the hump. We had similar seasons in '12 and '13. We lost close games to top Big Ten teams and we lost close games against teams we should have beat. The mixture of epically bad D with poor game management and play calling in crunch time has cost us again and again. There are no signs after year 5 that either of those is getting corrected.
That to me is the frustrating part. The things that have been the biggest thorn in our side are still an issue at the end of year 5.
