Pechac is a walk-on

Good for him and hopefully he got his poop in a group out in AZ and has matured. You don't get kicked off a Mo Moriarity team twice for nothing. You also don't usually get a 2nd chance. All that said he's a kid and kids do dumb stuff. He's got loads of potential and could end up being quite the steal. Personally, I just hope he's got his head on straight and is able to take advantage of this opportunity.

I hadn't heard much about him in awhile, but remembered him as 4-star, IU commit, then not, then nothing. Didn't realize about kicked off HS team twice and also know his dad's part of the IUFB program.

I hope he has learned and grown, and has the potential to realize his dreams ahead. I also hope he doesn't bring a negative attitude to the program as that is the last thing a true #LEO program needs. Good luck young man!

The kid had a lot of talent. If he can put his focus on school and football alone, his future could be bright. If he goes back to whatever his issues were, it will just be a short stop on the way to more of the same.
Spending some time in God-forsaken Arizona has a way of clearing the mind and appreciating what you have. Hopefully.

Yeah that’s a steal. And I love that they’re making him earn it. We will find out about his heart quickly because nothing will be handed to him. I think if it all works out he’s the perfect RB for this scheme. He could support 230 pounds or so. Ran a similar scheme in high school from the film I’ve seen. If he’s all in, this could be huge. He reminds me of Stephen Houston, but with a longer frame. But he can get into that 230 pound range and thrive in our zone scheme based on the film I saw. He just needs to stay the course because it will be frustrating at times as a walk on, and you can tell that they won’t hand him a job or anything although he is highly gifted.

Given his familiarity with IU, probably admiration for Hart & Allen, seems like best “safe space” for him to earn his way out of there dog house. Allen seems like the best type of coach for him, loving & supportive, but tough love with accountability. Would be a great story if he can put his head down and move up the ranks.

Did he even play though? I tried to find out yet I'm not even sure if he ever made campus. I'm real certain he didn't suit up at all. Was he supposed to be a part of 2017 or 2018 class?
