Outbound Transfers

Almost all of the 25 IU players who entered the transfer portal were reserves. A few of them played a lot during their time at IU while most of them played little or not at all. Given the size of this group, did we do a poor job recruiting or a poor job developing the players once they became part of the team? I don't think we can blame a change in scheme for the departures. We've had numerous coaching changes but the same is true for most programs. Thoughts?
