Of all the problems IU football faces and continues to face, I think letting schools like Iowa, Wisconsin , Michigan, etc., come in and cherry pick is one of the biggest. I understand it's a challenge to recruit against some of those programs but if IU could sell the top kids on simply coming here and being the ones to turn the program around, it should resonate.

My pitch would be simple, if you guys come here, we can win just as big as those other places but I can't do it without your support. The Peters kid irks me, so does the RB going to Iowa, where's there state pride?? Ole Miss struggled for YEARS, then they started getting the best players to stay home instead of going to Bama, Tennessee and LSU. Their turn around is impressive and they were/are recruiting against absolute powerhouses.

It needs to be addressed, and until we start getting the best in state kids, we will struggle. Look at this year's top 10 kids...it's sickening.
