After missing all of December and most of January with a broken foot, it sounds like Phin suffered a season ending knee injury Tuesday night.

Following the game, Lakhin limped to the team bus minus crutches, but Phinisee was in a total leg brace and on crutches.

"He hasn't had a full medical evaluation yet," Miller said of Lakhin. "I hope it's just a rolled ankle. Obviously, it's enough now he's not putting weight on it. Rob's injury is very serious."

Him and Mo Creek have the worst of luck.

No one tops Mo Creek. It's a shame we missed on him. What was it, bad legs...legs like toothpicks? I saw so little of him I don't really remember his game.
He kept tearing his Achilles tendons. One time it was literally walking down some stairs

Agreed. He was on the verge of becoming a star at IU.
I really liked the way he played early and we will never know the whole effect but something changed with him . Not on this injury but he just never played the same. How long was he out ? Like 6-8 weeks I think so it was a major head injury.

And Glenn Grunwald
Glen could have been an all time great at IU. Only player to be 4 time all Chicago player and was Illinois player of the year in ‘76. He was 6’10” and had a handle like a guard and a great shooter
