Anyone remember the incident in the 2002 World Series between the Giants and the Angels where Dusty Baker's son Darren, who was the bat boy at the time, had to be scooped up at the plate by J T Snow to keep from getting barreled over by players coming in to score off a triple? He looked like he was just barely big enough to pick up a bat. Well, Darren was picked in the 10th round of this year's draft by the Nats. He attended Cal where he hit .327 with 28 stolen bases this season.
