Like everyone else, I hated the way we folded the last 2 minutes, but objectively.............................

but going into a road game against a top-25 team with Khristian Lander, Trey Galloway and Rob Phinisee all sitting out with injuries, did anyone realistically think we'd even be competitive?

Of course. If the basketball jersey says Indiana across the chest, I expect them to be competitive every game.

I didn't expect a win at tip off, but I admit to being pretty damn excited with IU up 6 with 2:47 left!

You think having lander out is a big deal? Seriously? Regardless of what we though being up 4 and with the ball and basically a minute left an dlosing is really bad. That was our biggest choke of the year so far.

Not even close to the choke job at Wisconsin.
That was a longer choke but I think by a minute left in the game we were already down. In this won we basically had the game won if we just played smart for one lousy minute.

All 3 of the backup point guards, on the road, top 25 team. The question was did you realistically expect a win?

And if the players had followed that famous concept of industrial management that was proven valid years ago, we wouldn't have kept giving them the ball back after failing to score.
