It’s no different than when Tasmanian Man and Aloha and Mr. Bing and a few other flag wavers disappear after losses. Put all of them in a room together and lock the door from the outside.

Those dudes are sour pusses, period! In reality, IU is NOT the same program it was 20+ years ago but that’s ok. If you were at the game last night (and I was), there’s still some magic and mojo afoot...even though this isn’t your dad’s IU b-ball. Reiterating EVERY SINGLE DAY that it isn’t the same is sad and pathetic. It’s also lame AF. Don’t give them a platform because they aren’t worth it!!! I saw old, young and in between going bonkers last night over the Hoosiers...I saw old ladies screaming not-so-old lady things, I saw moms and dads with young kids decked out in candy striped pants, I saw adult fathers/mothers with their adult sons/daughters...generations of fans losing their minds—positively and negatively—over the drama of the game and hanging on every call and play. THIS, my friends, is IU basketball!!! It’s alive and well and still worth getting home at 3:00 am post game. Flush those turds down the message board toilet...they are not worth the effort!

Lying again - my posting history can be seen and it’s clear that I’ve not disappeared after any losses. Second, WTF are you talking about concerning the ‘81 team? You’ve always had this strange habit of bringing up some mysterious thing and making obscure claims about it. This is why it’s obvious who you are every time you are banned and come back under another name. If you weren’t a total coward you’d announce that you’re back under a new name. That probably get you banned faster each time, but at least it would be less cowardly of you.
You claimed the ‘81 team jumped on everyone right away in the tournament. It’s when I knew you were fos and didn’t actually watch them. Why are you so insecure?

I was in my sophomore year at IU in ‘81 and that team rolled through the tournament, winning every game by at least 10 points. I liked IU in the tournament because I’m an IU fan, something you can’t relate to, and they were hitting on all cylinders on top of that. I have no idea what you think you’re trying to say. Whatever it is, it’s 99% certain that it’s a lie. You live a lie as a poster, so it’s only natural for you.
A couple of the “never after a loss crowd” showed up to piss and moan. They gave themselves away.
I have a life kid. I rarely ever post before early afternoon due to my routine.
Good win. I predicted a 65-61 win so 1 bucket off each team. We don’t lose Thursday night late home games. Never have.
If you’re expecting me to say I was wrong all along and Archie is the next Bob Knight because of a home win you’re going to be waiting a bit longer though.
No, this thread started out with an OP calling out 2 posters, a clear violation of forum rules. It was never designed to bring about basketball discussion. It never slid sideways. It was designed to create a thread worthy of being flushed down a sewer.

Yeah I probably should have approached this thread from a different angle. But there is a group of doom n gloomers who are all over this board after a loss, then vanish after a good win. I'm not saying only a blind homer is a true fan. But people need to be fair in the judgement. Some of these people didn't have CAM as their choice and have been hoping for failure since day one. Personally I'm tired of this program being in a constant state of flux and am dying for some stability. So I'm rooting for CAM to succeed.
Sorry for my contribution here. I wasn’t choosing sides but merely pointing out the high noise level of the extremists on both sides, as well as the view that we’re better off without them (lock them in a room together). A few took offense and exploded. My bad for naming names.

Some of the poo slinging trolls stay away after a loss which is great. A couple choose to vent their embittered anger from the win onto other posters. Ordfan is specimen 1.
