Mike Woodson and his well placed friends and supporters have proven, definitely..., that you can't just buy a group of individual players and expect them to intuitively play as a TEAM...

It should be obvious to the movers and shakers and decision $makers$..., now..., that without great Coaching and great TEAM Leadership you aren't going to even have a good Team, much less a Great Team...

It begins and ends with good coaching... After that the staff can ID some leaders out there and Then, after they do that..., go out and buy some players who have heart, high basketball IQ and skill...

What we're looking at these days, with this 24-25 group is a template of "How Not To Do It."

On Sept. 10, 2000 I knew IU had just cut ties with what amounted to half of their entirety of success.

They've had 4 or 5 good seasons since.

I figure Cupps, Rice, and Tucker might stick around... If we keep our two recruits, we'll probably bring in another 8...

If the Vandy Coach is the new HC then he probably brings 3 or 4 with him. so that would mean only 4 or 5 would be needed from the Portal... That would be a Good position to be in...

So..., my guess is 8 or 9, plus a new Staff...
