Hartman is just a smart fundamental basketball player. The kind of player you need to win championships. If Williams developes an outside shot then its not even a question of who is better. Very few if any teams have a player who can matchup with him. He may not have Victor's vertical but his standing vertical has got to be one of the best anywhere.
