Ohio State Game Roll Call

I will be there! My cousin just moved to Btown from Gainesville, Ga and he is coming as well with his son. We will get there early, tailgate, and drive up to Indy to spend the night for the Colts game on Sunday. Staying downtown at the Hampton Inn with my points.

We will be there with a group of 12 - 15 by the Tennis Center. I'm planning to get there early to claim a spot. I suggest the IU fans all do that so the osu fans don't get the best spots. Our fan base needs to be strong and loud.

Got my tickets in a mini-season-ticket package. Wife has out-of-town trip so I'll be hosting an international student, introducing him to American football.

Even though I have known since before the season started that I would miss this game, it's killing me to not be able to be there. I'll watch as long as I can, at least until halftime (have an evening event to attend that starts at 6) and will be checking the phone constantly after that. If the Hoosiers are in the game late, I'll probably be making excuses to duck out somewhere so I can listen to Fischer and Buck. Hopefully there will be some other loyal Hoosiers there to join in.

My greatest hope is that Hoosier fans, especially students, show up in strong numbers and limit the number of Bucknuts in the house. I am waiting fervently for a day when the obnoxious O-H-I-O can't even be heard inside Memorial Stadium.

I'm bringing my wife and 8 month old baby. It'll be her first game. If anyone has any advice about bringing my baby girl, I'd sure listen.

Just took a peak at the Ohio State message board called 11 warriors. Looks like a ton of buckeyes coming just from that message board; one guy said he and 20 people rented a bus to come. Hopefully our fans show up in droves and we can have a decided home field advantage in this game for once!

It would be great if a lot of them were stranded outside the gates unable to get tickets. Unfortunately, most of them probably bought tickets as early as this summer from the IU ticket office or from the numerous "basketball only" varsity clubbers who have no interest in their football tickets beyond accumulating priority points. There are four seats directly behind me that have been occupied by visiting team fans every single game for the last five years at least.

Maybe many of the biggest a-holes from Columbus will be unaware of the conditions on 37 and will still be sitting in traffic with one another until the game's end. I wonder if it would be possible to bribe the shuttle bus drivers to take them on a lengthy tour of Monroe County before delivering them to Memorial Stadium.

They will have a lot of fans, but it won't be that bad. They didn't even sell all the tickets we gave them for their visitors section. They obviously get them through IU too, but they haven't really taken over since Dinardo was here.

The problem is our fans aren't loud. BE LOUD.

I have a question for those of us that are going to the game. Are you going to the Dakich Game Day? I don't know why someone that has acted like he has towards Coach Wilson and the program would do anything that would be positive. I don't think he is stupid enough to show up and continue his feud with the program, but I am not excited about giving him the attention he craves. I believe I would rather nobody show up and carry on with their pregame as they would on a typical Saturday. Am I wrong? Why should I attend?
