and what are we drinking this afternoon?
Like I said yesterday, there are 3 things certain in this life: death, taxes, and IU not winning the Big Ten Tournament. I don't see any reason to think that changes this year. But can we at least win a game this year and maybe threaten big bad Sparty for a shot at the semifinals? I don't think so.
Yes Oregon has had to travel across the country, but I'm guessing they've been here a couple of days already and have adjusted. And yes this is basically a home game for us, at least it should be, but home hasn't been kind to us this year anyway. They're a better team than us, though it's only a 2-point spread. Bottom line is that I still don't have a lot of faith in this team. We'll keep it close but fade in the end, as has been our MO for a good chunk of this season. And then we sweat out Selection Sunday. Hope I'm wrong.

I'm at work so won't likely be drinking. Although our catered lunch (we get lunch delivered in every Thursday) is Irish food so we might have some Guinness in the office. If so, I'll have one of those; otherwise, just water as I attempt to work while watching the game from my desk.
