Off-Topic: Hot Box is really just Pizza Express, right?

I was in Bloomington 1990-1994. Pizza Express breadsticks after upstairs pub or video saloon were life changing

Pretty sure they aren't the same.

PizzaX is the former Pizza Express.

I think the Hot Box name came to be because they used the Pizza Express name and got sued by the real Pizza Express. I remember seeing it in Broad Ripple and being excited, then realized it wasn't the beloved Pizza Express that got me through a bunch of Sunday nights when living in Teter.

this now makes so much sense! I have a Hot Box near me and they are the absolute BEST breadsticks since Pizza Express 35 years ago!
