Being old and morbidly obese, I suspect he is intimate with insulin. He just doesn't recognise the name considering that he has a big full of 'goodies' he needs to take to get the day started.

Yep he’s a douchebag. He takes pride in being a douchebag. The bigger problem is his supporters who take pride in him being a douchebag. If he didn’t have millions of people cheering on his douchebaggery, he would have been forced to change.
