892. You are lucky you didn’t have to play us this year. It would have been similar to the 37 point ass beating we gave you in Mackey.
Maybe. Hard to say. Anything can happen in a rivalry. Probably would have lost, but I didn't expect Purdue to get it to OT last time they played. So.

Last year probably would’ve been a close game considering the success the Ole Miss backups had. The “ass beating” should’ve been in 2019 when Purdue was playing a lot of freshman and had walk ons starting at center, RB, and QB. You guys were a Purdue dropped pass from choking that away in regulation so I just don’t see any Tiller era lopsided scores coming in football.

You’ve had 28 and 30 point drubbings within the last 10 years and those IU teams weren’t half as talented as they are now. Purdue has one more year of GK and David Bell before they lose their only B10 quality players and Purdue’s recruiting has gone to absolute shit since the Auburn beat down.

Never seen a bunch of non big ten caliber players be honorable mention all big ten. Or a team with no big ten players be a special teams away from winning 4 games in 6 game season. Should be a fun your for Purdue and iu both finally.

Lol so 1 year of recruiting then?

Special teams are a part of the game? Who knew? Purdue’s 6-12 the last two seasons, has no recruiting momentum, and has one more year to figure it out with GK and Bell. You lost to a Rutgers team with a QB wearing #21 who ran the same play for the entire second half.

I'm just here to tell you Purdue isn't as far away as you make it sound and has plenty of talent coming through. A much improved defensive staff and more depth and upperclassmen should help. Like I said, could be a solid year for both teams.

I’m not sure why the mods don’t just ban Ordy.
The new guidelines the mods sent me have been so dumbed down that you either have to post porn or dox somebody. The things he was banned for so many times before like trashing threads and the "no way you are an alum and fan like me" act is now ok.

IU was shorthanded in the 2019 game as well. PU had injuries but they did not cost them a single game that year which is testament to the staff and team prep.

I never expect the ass beatings of the Mallory ot tiller era...those are exceptions.

The difference in the two programs is largely based on who’s been taking snaps under center. Blough was a solid quarterback who could lead a team. Penix, when healthy, has more up and down side, but he’s a difference maker, too. The 2019 game showed how close the programs actually are.

Purdue is the clear leader. Proximity to home & familiarity with Gary native Brandon Brantley leading the recruitment. Purdue stuck on him hard even through his injury. He lit up this weekend when asked about recruiting and listed Purdue first and talked about them unprompted. Didn’t even mention IU until Rabjohns specifically shoehorned IU into the interview. Another kid with Trey Kaufman-like demeanor. Doesn’t get wow’ed by the candy stripes. I don’t even think IU is in his top 5 at this point.

His top 5 will probably be: Purdue, MSU, Stanford, OSU, & probably IU for the token mention.

You said the same thing about Kaufman and believe the fallacy that just because one is getting offers from big time schools, that’s where they’ll head. COVID has changed the recruiting landscape a bit. Proximity to home, continuity & familiarity in coaching staffs matter. That’s what Washington stated in his interview. The kid isn’t going to Durham or Chapel Hill. He will stay in Indiana or within a 2 hour drive of Gary.
Nailed that one dip shit @LowCut

You should see the thread on GB. Talking about Kaufman “redshirt” option. You can’t make this stuff up. 🤣🤦🏻

They’re all a bunch of idiots. Every single one of them. Cannot have an honest or intelligible conversation about sports with somebody from Purdue because they don’t know any better.

Your Ivey takes have aged like milk. Enjoy another 0-2 year against Purdue. 🤣🤣

What’s been my take on Ivey other than he shoots at an extremely inefficient rate? Am I wrong?

Ivey and Edey named to the FIBA U-19 All Tournament five man First team. USA wins gold with Ivey and First and Canada earns bronze behind Edey’s double-double point abd rebound average. Oh

And Ivey shoots 28% from 3 like we all expected. No one gives a f*ck about u19 stats lol.

No one cares about stats right after you posted a stat! You’re such a joke
Yes, and it doesn’t matter that Ivey continued his poor shooting performance. All that matters is how they perform in the Big Ten.

In a month when IU dominates their competition in Atlantis, should we go to your board and brag about it? Is that what you want?

Nobody is stopping you from making yourself look foolish so go ahead

It isn’t important in any way. No one at all cares that the u19 team won gold (as we do in all international basketball events).
Lol fair enough. I’d still say it is pretty important to many including all the players but I’m not going to try to change your mind.

You’d probably care more if you had a player in the tournament but the 2 best options in Bates and Lander (or should I say Kobe and Kidd from comparisons here) weren’t even invited to the tryouts were they?

No, I have never cared when IU players have won the gold medal in the past (ex. TJD and Romeo). It really means absolutely nothing. Olympic medals are the only ones anyone cares about.
