NIL future

I thought NIL structure is set to change after a court settlement is approved in April. Switching from booster backed collectives to revenue sharing from TV, etc. Is all this talk about donor based NIL money misplaced?

I do not think NIL goes away. Revenue Sharing is money from the school. NIL is from the fans.

April 7th is when the NIL deals have to go through the Clearinghouse to do determine if they meet "fair market value". It would be prudent to get any NIL deals done prior to that so you don't have to deal with that this year.
