Yes I do think he will be a better college player than Newkirk. For one he is a higher rated recruit. For two, Phinisee values the ball and Newkirk is not smooth and he is not comfortable with the ball in his hands. Anyone watching the game tonight can see that.

This is quite likely. Phinesee is a natural basketball player. I like what Newkirk tries to do with hustle, but he's more athlete than baller. That being said, I have no reason to criticize him. He's just limited in his basketball skills.

Durham is already surprising with terrific/classic IU basketball IQ on the court. He's a gem and will only get better.

I stand corrected. Newkirk was a 4 star. Ranked 124 out of his class.
