This looks good, one can hope. I would love to see this year’s 5 round draft become standard. Other off the wall ideas: minor league reductions, and MLB support for College ball, e.g. wooden bats, marketing, some stadium use. I believe the benefits of healthy college baseball could extend in the game beyond college athletic departments.

A couple of things to consider......

What would that do to recruiting?

If you advanced in the tournament you'd be on campus for 11 months out of the year.

Who covers the extra room and board costs? Would they have to be in summer school, too?

What would this do to the summer leagues?
