WTF with these new "muddy" car colors? The gray version is everywhere and looks like old primer with clear coat.
and eventually tougher to resell.I've asked the same. It's just a style thing, evidently. The guys at the Bedford store (it has a paint dept.) say they're just base colors without any metallic or pearl added. Easy to mix, and is supposedly easy for body shops to match and blend.
With a muddy or dirty color car would you have to wash it as often? We have a 97 Mercury Silhouette Van which is white. I took my grandson out yesterday and he helped me wash it. If we had a dirty color then what every other year would be appropriate? lolWTF with these new "muddy" car colors? The gray version is everywhere and looks like old primer with clear coat.
I like the grey color on trucks and SUV's. It might provide a stealthy, sleeper look on a performance car. It might be cool to look at on a car like that, but not sure it would be my first choice. It is different but hope they don't use it too much.WTF with these new "muddy" car colors? The gray version is everywhere and looks like old primer with clear coat.
I’ve seen some 4 runners, etc in western states that don’t look terrible. Especially if you use them for more than just gas guzzling.I like the grey color on trucks and SUV's. Car companies will use it as long as consumers want it and in as many colors as they want. I may come around on them but at this point I personally dislike all of them.I like the grey color on trucks and SUV's. It might provide a stealthy, sleeper look on a performance car.
