Wikipedia has an estimate of 20k leaving Portland’s county from the census to 2022 estimates.

This state might be known as a retirement destination, but it's attracting plenty of young — and wealthy — newcomers.
Four of the top ten are decidedly blue states with a couple toss ups in there. County by county is probably a better measure. Those with money and means do the moving. So this is likely skewed by that metric along with these states being more desirable as a destination or economically for the movers.
I’d like to see where businesses are moving. That’s likely more impactful as a statement on politics than individuals.
