Houston deserves their success this year. They play hard nose basketball and that has been the story. With all the attention they have gotten I'm surprised that Sampson gets a pass on his past. I haven't heard one story even mention a redemption story to suggest that he had a past that would have needed redemption. Americans love a redemption story and yet there have been crickets. I'm curious why his cheating scandal at IU hasn't been part of the story. Has it been just too long ago? Is it because what he got caught cheating for is no longer illegal? They also do mention it in regards to Will Wade or Rick Pitino either.
