Name change for Hooters is coming

I hear that Hooters has great wings, but I never won the argument to try them out with the family, and when traveling for work there has never seemed to be a Hooters nearby. Plus when I visit a city, I usually always avoid all chain restaurants.

Haven't been to a Hooters in many years, but they really did have good wings. Or at least I thought so at the time. Hooters was never really as risque as their image. Basically just waitresses in tank tops. Big deal.

I went to a travel school for three months and i was the only male in the class and we also had a female instructor. That made it easier for me to be the Homecoming King. Anyway, upon our graduation the instructor asked what we wanted for a last day meal. I spoke up and said we should go to Hooters. A couple of the women were mad at me, but the instructor did say that place had good food. I didn't get my wish!

It used to depend if it was a company location or a franchisee. The company stores were a little more buttoned up, so to speak.

Not sure if that's still the case anymore or not. I don't think I've been in a hooters since tilted kilt and twin peaks started showing up.

My friend’s 8 year old son went with his team and some parents to a Hooters ( it was the only thing around). Dad gave some $30 since he wasn’t going. Son came home and told Dad he needed $ to pay back his friend’s dad who bought his dinner. When Dad asked what had happened to the $30 he gave him, his response was I gave it to the pretty waitress. I think Dad was proud.
