How did this end? This conference is starting off very bad.
I didn’t watch it, but sounded like Minny really gave it away.
Tamar finished with 9 points, I believe. He missed a tying FT in the last 2:30 of the game.
Minnesota was up 1 and over the remainder of the game, the freshman guard for Minny tried to play hero ball and came down and jacked up a couple 3s that missed.
They should have tried to go down low into the post to Garcia. Missouri came down in the last 20 secs, down 1, and there guard drove the lane, got on the left side of the basket, pump faked, got the defender in the air and went up leaning in, drew the foul and made the 3 ft bucket.
I thought Tamar looked about like he did at IU. Not a focal point cBut did a few things in spots.
