That dude was awesome on Saturday. What an exciting young player. He could easily be the back of the future for IU football moving forward and a potential star. With that being said, if he is not ahead of Redding on the depth chart vs MSU (and I'm sure he won't be), there is something seriously wrong with this coach. Why Wilson is in love with Divine Redding is just absolutely mind blowing, especially after you see what Majette was able to do against this same defense. Majette had 11 carries for 83 yards, plus was effective catching the ball out of the backfield. Other than the one long run by Redding, he had 14 carries for 33 yards, and was largely ineffective...again. I hate to be critical of a player but as a coach don't you have to play the players who give you the best opportunity to win? Throughout the first 7 games of the season, whether it has been spelling Howard or starting, Redding has just not gotten it done. C'mon coach...please play Majette! If Howard ever comes back, a combo of Howard and Majette would be great.
