Trent Sisley comes from a basketball family. His dad played college ball in the OVC at Southeast Missouri State. His older brother Blake was an Indiana All-Star that played at Evansville and Wright State. Trent broke his brother's scoring and rebounding records at Heritage Hills after his junior season and without question would have been an Indiana All-Star and top candidate for Mr. Basketball. Trent left his hometown high school, gave up all of the recognition and in-state honors to better prepare himself to come back home to play at Indiana University, his dream school. While that was a very difficult decision for a 17-year-old, it was decidedly a wise and mature move that will benefit him and Indiana fans in the long run.
