Great article in the Indy Star this morning about this 35 year old coach who is killing it for top 20 ranked Toledo. He sounds like a great players' coach as well. Go get this guy and pay him what he wants. He currently makes $500K. I'm sure he will get plenty of other offers so IU needs to be prepared to open up the wallet, maybe $3M to $4M. I know that is strong for a guy coming from the MAC, but IU will need to pay more than say a Wisconsin for a coach because of the lack of prior success. IU needs to put their $$ where their mouth is if they are serious about building a great program here. Go get him and end the constant struggle.
