Friday night videos. You had to wait a half hour after Miami Vice for the local news to be over. That was every Friday night in HS if we had a game on Saturday. Otherwise, you set the VCR.

I remember the day we got MTV. My friends and I sprinted off the bus on a Friday and straight to the TV. A pizza delivery and about 10 hours later, around 2am, we called it a night and had probably seen the entire MTV library 4 times over.
