A player that chose that direction is NOT the best player in the state. He got what he wanted. You can’t put anyone ahead of him. He was the leader of the team that went 29-0. He won by an overwhelming margin.

Ivey was the best player in the state regardless of whether he stayed at Marion or went to LaLu and the rankings reflect that.

For his own selfish reasons? His mom got a job working for the Grizzlies and moved to Memphis. He made the decision that he felt was best.

Leal is a good player but Ivey is better.
