We pulled in at 9:30, could not believe the number already here.

10 years ago Purdue would bring 1500 to these games, maybe 1/4 the crowd. I see scattered black but not nearly as many as we had at Mackey.

Someone told me a Purdue coach complained about them selling so many tickets to IU fans. That tradition may come to an end.

@zeke4ahs the tubas are just to my left in sight. They do block my wife but they tend to put them down during the game. They are where we normally sit, but it is band day so they spread out.

Seats are $180 online right now, I wonder what the scalpers out front are getting.

IU WBB Hoisted BiG 10 Regular Season Trophy and cut down the nets.

40 minutes of steady play to lead by 5 after 1 and lead and win by 20+ in the 4th — most impressive. They took control of the game with a big run to close out the 3rd.

This is a really fun team to watch. The way they play has drawn me in to where I really look forward to watching this team. I think the verdict is still out on CMW, although he certainly has our men's team playing better, but Teri Moren is already the face of IU Women's Bball and has built a terrific program and culture. I am looking forward to see what this group can do in the tournament.

Regarding Moren and the IU-PU-IU thing, I don't think it's that hard to understand or deal with. At that time, PU was the dominant women's program, but she and her family grew up as IU fans in Seymour. I wondered about it at the time she was hired, but as I've heard her speak, she and her family are Hoosiers through and through.

For sure! Yeah been loitering ‘round Ma’halsville n New Castle since the annivsy of birth of the Baby Jesus. Was mainly good. Lots of grilled cheese with the new stove n such (my daughter’s a Grateful Deadhead n turned me on to an ism called, “WTF, Grilled Cheese for a Buck” as a way n means to sustain n travel)

Aint had the cashola to stay in Alford’s Big Shoe motel but have hit the lobby daily for free coffee & wifi. Do any you know how HARD it is to find instant, old school Sanka coffee in a styrafoam cup? Shoot..they got it in spades Hoosier friends

Only thing bummed me out was the trojan said he was gonna met up with me for a couple selfies and he just ghosted me for the 2nd time, kinda rude but ya know, young fellas n such. Kurt stood me up too but understand. He was far too shitfaced to try and drive and also sounds like him and Cav hit big that very night in the casino. So all good, they was just having some fun and blowing off steam in Cav’s bitchin’ Camero.

PS with the season winding down..prlly quicker for IU than those, roughneck boilers, reckon youin’s wont be seeing me again much until 2024. Know that makes jimmy deligheted and most everyone happy.
