This, to me, is the most interesting - - and maybe the most telling - - portion of the article:

"Multiple coaching opinions" lead to mixed messages which, in turn, contribute to uncertainty and confidence issues. My hunch is he'll respond favorably to the new style and philosophy with a very big year.
