How much will this affect recruiting?

Can't help (in the keeping up the contact role) but if a recruit is basing his decision to come here on whether one guy in a non-coaching role is here or not then I'd question that recruits decision making skills anyway...

Staff come and goe all over the country, smart recruits base their decision on a lot more than just one guy...

The good news is this is just another example of Tom Allen's ability to identify and hire great personnel... He usually lands on his feet with an equal or better hire... I'm looking forward to see who fills the open slot...

Support staff come and go a LOT in college football. Kevin was a good one though. He'll do really well at A&M.

That is a basic truism! You're doing something right if other programs want your people. Always in the back of my mind is how many are courted by a new opportunity but resist and stay in Bloomington. I'll bet we'd be stunned.
